Our Director

L.A. South Towns Show Chorus is delighted to introduce our Director, Caroline McLean!

Caroline has been a member of our chorus since 1990, singing Lead and Baritone. She formerly served as our Chorus Assistant Director. Born and raised in Leeds, England, Caroline sang with the White Rosettes Chorus, and her quartet, "42nd Street," won the LABBS (Ladies' Association of British Barbershop Singers) Gold Medal in 1988.

With her love of the craft of Barbershopping, Caroline has brought us a renewed sense of optimism, and, with her talent and inimitable sense of whimsy, "the joint is jumpin'" at our Monday night rehearsals. The chorus is healthy, happy -- and growing!
